I hate that the hair is synthetic. it's too hard to style. I have the wrap ponytail and it's way too heavy to stay in my hair. it falls out and hurts my head. Great idea, it just has some issues

I love the wrap pony, got mine in the Dirty Blonde 24" and although it's a tad heavy it looks amazing. Honestly compared to my usual extensions its barely heavy at all on my head.

I have the clip one in 160 grams 20 inches vibrant red (33) and its amazing:) I take the clip out and I create a small bun (as small as possible) and pop it in, tighten it and wallah! I personally like to braid it and lay it on one side particularly my left shoulder :)

if you sew on your own clips they'll hold on well i thought it was too heavy so I bought clips with a longer grip & had someone sew it on for me, my ponytail holds on super well throughout the day(:

I got the 22 in wrap pony, it was too heavy, had to cut like half of the hair off.. But I will say it is the best synthetic hair I've used

I have a the wrap ponytail and I don't find it's very secure with only one clip I would suggest buying a cheaper one on ebay first or buying a set of extensions and creating the hairstyle yourself

for people saying it got knotted... you need to learn how to take care of it. I have one & had knotting but brushed it & oiled & straighten it... then tada good as new.

There's no way it's synthetic you would have melted it you cannot straighten this type of hair you're setting people up for failure and for them to just melt hair onto their curling iron whatever you do do not straighten this ponytail and yes it did get tangled for me you are better off buying the synthetic $13 ponytails off Amazon they have so many pretty ombre colors

Bought the 28inch. Whoah! Way too heavy and thick. Cut probably 2-3 of the hair off. But looks great now. But the clip in is terrible. Wasn’t sown in well and is very flimsy. Broke after trying it on a few times. I recommend sowing your own in. But after all that, it’s wonderful lol. The synthetic hair is nicer than most.

No , it's synthetic hair so u can't color it.. They said you can curl it but it didn't work for me

Was pretty excited when I saw they were coming out with a pony tail extension but was kinda bummed out when I read it was synthetic hair and no matter how great of quality the synthetic hair is or close to human hair, it will tangle more then human hair which sux, would of been a great item if only it was made with human hair,
