They are real brothers. Yes, a very happy little song. Was born in 74 so I heard the song growing up. One of my mum's favourites. Thanks for making this video! Your smile made me smile too.

Tysheen! Is there any more-catchy song out there than this? Every time I hear it, I love listening. It's musically so simple, with just a few chords, but the melody is so fun, and it really kicks in when they bring in the backup strings.

What City I'm from? Well, I was born in Paris, Tennessee, but I grew up in a suburb outside of Louisville, KY called Okalona until age 12 when we moved to a farm in Southern Indiana. I live about 10 miles west of our old farm now in a tiny community called Canton, Indiana. Population is about 45 people in about a dozen or so homes surrounding a crossroads intersection, a dozen dogs, a cat or two, a couple of horses and about 500 head of cattle, lol. Saturday was a good day here. I mowed the lawn, changed the oil & filter in the old Trailblazer (2008) and it was nice and cool outside :) Hope your day went as well as mine. Sunday I'll be trimming low hanging limbs and overgrown bushes and hedges and maybe changing oil in the old Ranger (1998). If I still have the energy afterwards I'll dig out the pressure washer and wash the gunk off the vinyl siding on the house. If not, it can wait till Monday....well, you did ask me how I'm doing, lol. Great choice. The Bellamy Brothers always bring a smile to my face. You should hear their song titled "Old Hippie". We had a 45rpm single record of Let Your Love Flow when I was a kid and I played it quite a bit. Thanks also for reminding me of this group as now I'll have to head over to ebay and see if I can find them on vinyl again. :) Heck, they even did a Reggae song called Reggae Cowboy, LOL!

Yes. They really are brothers. Howard (lead in this song) and David. Howard is the oldest by 4 years. They moved in Country music in 1979 with a huge hit "If I said you had a beautiful body would you hold it against me". Find the original: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHXVZKSCacR_obs

Hi, from Garden Grove, CA. Next door to Disneyland. I have really been enjoying your reactions. And I have one that I'll bet will make you move around, or you can give me a thumbs down. LOL. Also, if you want to go way back and from a different language (Japanese), but became a big hit here in the states, you might try "Sukiyaki" by Kyu Sakamoto. Anyways until your next reaction take care.

Christopher, I'm debating if I want to quit my full-time job.
@christopheryochum36023 жыл бұрын
@@TysheenOrane Oh, I see! That's why you were repeatedly saying you're back. I just thought it was cute the way you said it, though you need to work on being more menacing. I'd recommend "Terminator." Watch the scene in which he says, "I'm back." You may want to sport shades, and try speaking in the lowest voice you can muster. Seriously, though, I saw in some of the other comments that you'd like to move. That can be a big influence on wanting to leave a job. If you have something lined up, or if you're in a field that has a lot of openings, you might be able to muddle your way through, especially if you have experience. Your personality is attractive, so that won't be a problem. If you're thinking of moving out of New York, I wouldn't be someone who would try to dissuade you. Upstate is friendlier, more bucolic, than urban locations, at least from what I've seen regarding how people are either left to their devices or burdened with rules and regulations. That notwithstanding, New York is generally expensive, in terms of taxes, relative to other states (save New England or the west coast), so your affinity for the Carolinas would help with that. The weather down there is much less problematic in the winter too. But I'm telling you stuff you already know.

A great song, written by a black artist, Larry E Williams. Where is his version?
