Thankyou for posting these videos about the Belle Tress styles. This one I was hesitant about it because it reminded me a bit of RW's Onpoint, which I ended up rehoming. Ha. I'm 68 and I've been looking since I lost my hair at the age of 50. Those early wigs were monstrosities. Wigs have come a long way over the last 12 years with the introduction of monofilament parts and lace fronts. Unfortunately, I have a truly large head, which puts 90% of all wigs out of reach. I won't wear basic caps, wavy styles, or a length that isn't in my sweet spot, and I love big hair, so that takes care of a good chunk of the rest. I figure that sometime within the next 5 years or so, I'll stop caring what my wigs look like. Ha!

I have been looking at Belle tress wigs because I like their low density but I am having a problem with color. I currently wear a Jon Renau HD topper in Malibu Blonde and would like to find a rooted blonde color similar to that but all the Belle Tress rooted blonde colors look too light for my warm skin tone. The brown sugar sweet cream looks like a beautiful color but I am afraid it will be too dark. Any suggestions you might have would be very much appreciated!

Alpha Blend has that lift as part of the style; however, if you don't like the lift, you can wet the front and use a flat iron or curling iron to flatten the lift. Keep the hot tool at no more than 320 degrees. Let me know how it works for you! xoxo

Hi Sally, no, the lace front shouldn't be lifting. Try adjusting the wig with the adjusters at the nape. It may be too big which would cause it to lift. A wig grip can also help. I always wear one and my wigs don't budge. If after adjusting and/or trying the wig grip, you can use some adhesive such as It Stays or wig tape. I know many members on the FB page use adhesives to secure the lace. To remove the adhesive, take a Q-tip dipped in alcohol, and run it gently under the lace. Let me know if this helps. xoxo

Hi Tonya, I don't have matting problems. I always have a wide tooth comb with me and comb periodically throughout the day. At the end of the day, I spray the nape with JR smooth detangler. Starting at the ends, I work my way up to the nape. Without adding any more product, I comb through the rest of the wig then spray some HairUWear Restore or Estetica Revitalize and shine. I do one spritz of Simply Stylin on my fingers, rub my hands together then run my fingers though the nape then the rest of the wig. I never spray Simply Stylin directly on any of my wigs. I know this sounds like a lot, but I can do this in about 5 minutes. Since I wear primarily shoulder length or longer, I do this with all my wigs regardless if they're HD or not. I feel it really keeps any matting away and tangles at minimum. I Hope this helps xoxo

Hi LL, thank you so much! BT doesn’t carry petite. Some of my friends that have 21-21.5 C wear BT but cinch it in. I love BT because across the board the styles don’t have permatease and have low density. Another brand is Ellen Wille. They run petite/average. If you see a style with small in the style name, those will be true petite. Ellen Wille have low density and minimal permatease if any. Stay away from Noriko. They run pretty much petite but have high density and lots of permatease. Amore runs petite, most have mono tops and most have no permatease. If you have any questions about a certain style, feel free to reach out. If I don’t know, I’ll get the answer for you. Xoxo

Hi Samalid! No I didn’t do anything to this Dalgona, but the one I have in BMT is not as curly as this one. You can use a curling iron to add curls or even some curling rods. Just wet the wig, wrap the hair in the curling rods, and let it sit overnight. In the morning you’ll have curls. Xoxo
