I know this comment is not going to sell how talented you are by a longshot, but as someone who has watched ASMR for over a decade and always had severe insomnia as well as someone who’s maybe a bit picky I have to say that as hard as it can be to find effective ASMR, this was effective and just total perfection in every way I can think of. More often than not as well intentioned as any video is for people experiencing severe sleep issues there’s not alot out there that actually work. Sometimes I think ASMR is dead in every way and there aren’t people really making amazing ASMR, nor effective ASMR but you are and videos like this prove it. Amazing job.
