It’s a wildly disproportional number of one certain demographic that seem to perfectly describe your assertion. A certain 13% group and you will be verbally and possibly physically assaulted if you were to state this undeniable fact in a public setting. Ionically, proving this truth further while they act like an animal by attacking you for calling them an animal. That is something I wholeheartedly cannot understand. Never in my adult life have I ever just considered responding with a physical altercation because a stranger said something I disagreed with or I was offended by. If they were threatening my family’s life, I would respond differently, but that’s not what I’m speaking of and definitely not the issue in at least 95% of cases, maybe 99%. It appears the 13% segment has been taught to play the victim card since birth and seems to never reach any level of emotional maturity. If anyone wants any level of respect from the public, there is zero chance that will ever occur when they respond in this manner. I’m baffled how this segment appears to exhibit no shame nor embarrassment regarding their wild antics and violent actions. Until their friends, family, communities, etc.. hold these foolish people accountable, they will never change their inappropriate actions as they seem to feel justified as the ones who they value in their life never speak against or call them out for their abhorrent behavior. Especially if their parents never denounce their actions or tell them how they are an embarrassment to all of society, generation after generation has shown that they will never learn or even ever so slightly change themselves for the better. An outrageous percentage seem to be fully focused on self gratification with no regard of how their actions impact others. It saddens me how many I see that could not care less when a family is greiving after the loss of a loved one in a drunk driving accident or any other mindless incident where an innocent party loses their life. Far too often, the one responsible only shows concern for their cell phone and nothing else. That alone should speak volumes as to how disgusting and awful many people are and again it seems to always be far more of one segment of the population than any other. Not to twist my words as some in bad faith will do, there are plenty of monsters and parasites in society and in every single segment of our population. No matter how one tries to define a specific segment, they will without a doubt find many evil-doers. It’s just that a certain demographic seems to be responsible for a far too high percentage of any violent activity or any negative action as deemed by society that it is impossible for it to go unnoticed. It can only be described as deliberately looking the other way or deliberately trying to do more harm for anyone who refutes or disagrees with my assessment as every piece of data or statistic reinforces my previous statements. Beyond the specific people responsible, no matter who, it really is sad, pathetic, and embarrassing to see any adults acting this in this manner.

Severe mental illness and lack of treatment/proper care or caretaker-ship. More than likely she was traumatized as a child and never properly processed what happened. This manifests into these insane behaviors later in life, it's essentially stunted mental growth. If you pretend she's 2-3 years old during this whole interaction it makes more sense, the difference is that she has more words she could have spoke as a toddler. It's the same behavior as a toddler having a temper tantrum, but she's been given more responsibility than she can handle.
