The big call was to drop Kane from the start. This would have shook up the Spanish and shown we were serious. Palmer had to start. No brainer. Gordon not given a sniff. This is not hindsight. Hard calls were required for the win. Can’t play to not lose.

he lost at all! He made an inportant tactical oservation and pointed it out to southgate but southgate (the wet wallop) didn't do a thing about it. Neither kane nor foden were pressing but not just that, there were other things they didn't do that were so obvious. Jude just used the lack of pressing by them pair to make a point!

No he didn't. Southgate's tactics and crap reactions cost the trophy. The Spain players were switching around to see who they could drag out of position. Ruiz dropped to right back which meant Bellingham had to mark him, which left Carvajal open, so Shaw went to mark him, which left Yamal open. So Guehi had to go for Yamal, and Stones had to stick on Morata, and because of this Walker HAD to mark Olmo. Which obv left Williams wide open which caused the 1st Spain goal To sum up. Bellingham did nothing wrong. He cant mark two players at once, Southgate's system was at fault. And Spain's excellent tactics.
