I’m happy that we can finally replace the common bell sound the only thing we’ve yet to is replacing horns on the diesel locomotives

You can do it with strange customs. Its fairly easy and I believe theres instructions in the included readme. Add audio files you want, edit the text file, and boom. Ive got 10+ horns for all my diesels.

A lot of them sound good, but what bothers me is that some are noticeably sped up to be in sync with the animation

@@TheWNCRRanimation playback speed is a public variable that can be changed depending on the bell.

it’s a very small dev team brother. and they’re MILES ahead of railroads online. give this game 2 more years and it’ll be easily the best train game on the market. i bet we get integrated workshop support by the end of 25’ railroader started out as “shortline simulator” made by a fella named adam, i encourage you to check it out. i found it by looking for footage of the real life murphy branch

Unity mod manager makes it easy. Drag and drop and your good to go. Now for map mods and other things it's a bit more difficult, bit it's still essentially drag and drop.

If you need a hand with modding, give me a shout. I help out with a heavily modded RR server and the people there would be more than happy to help, and there's no obligation to play with us!
