We are so glad to hear you are loving and using our equipment! As for the build we sincerely apologize for that off build, that is for sure not the normal scenario for pieces to not fit properly. We have had some voices regarding the holes not fitting. WE are for sure going to dive deeper into this problem to ensure it no longer continues.

I have had this exact machine for several months and I love it. The build wasn’t terrible at all. I chose it because I’m 6’4” and it was the only one I found in this price range that could allow for a full stretch at the top. It’s one of the best pieces of equipment in my home gym. I’d recommend it.

The upright is described as “two by three” in the video, but I’m fairly sure that the BoS equipment is 2.3” x 2.3”. A potentially huge difference if folks think they’re going to be able to bring their old Rogue Infinity attachments to use with this.

The installation sounds like my experience with their functional trainer. The roll pin for my weight stack was wayyyy too big and I had to take off a bunch of metal with a dremel and grease for it to go in about 3/4 of the way in. I emailed their customer service trying to get another roll pin but they just told me to hammer it in harder lol.

the material of the pulleys has nothing to do with the smoothness, it only depends on the bearings.

Not really bro. If a pulley gets beat up it can’t be smooth so your right only out of the box, over its life it DOES make a difference

Note the lat pulled down is a 1 to 1 ratio but the low row is a 2 to 1 ratio as per their website
