Thanks for watching. This build was a long time coming and met with many challenges. I had to research and get everything right for this to go. I broke the mounting screw on the original shocks trying to screw into the carbon fiber chassis. So I learned the hard way and used a reamer to make the holes bigger. I needed a new servo because the stock servo cable was too short. I bought the emax servo but it didn't fit... so I had to get the servo mount so I went with brass. Portal axles didn't allow for my brass inside hex weights in the front so I had to scrap that. All small things that keep delaying the build completion but I got it done. I still have to put the metal links in the back and metal rear axle. I did that because I bought a used SCX24 with a snapped axle and I used the stock ones from this one to fix that, upgraded here to metal. I will fine tune this and get better tires, but as is, it crawls very well on the home course and breezes over the hardest ramp climb. I think I will someday get the upgraded stronger motor and possibly an ESC. But I'm pleased and happy to finally get this done. Screwing with such tiny screws is not easy, so this is a build for those who are comfortable wrenching on their RCs. See you soon on the next video!

I have made progress on my 24 scale crawler project on both the scx24 and the ax24. I have a body for the scx24 and have changed the servos and put bbs in the tires. On the ax24 I have removed the shock springs changed the servos and and have a brushless motor and esc to finish the project.😂

Can't wait to see you builds. You have my email, so send me pics when you have a chance. And FYI i'm retiring the Basha Rocksta and stripping it down for screws and parts and throw away the rest. I have a huge fleet of mini's now and never uses this anymore. I might be able to repurpose the ESC and radio and make something 4WS on another scx24 or something. This belly dragger is going to evolve a bit more too, we'll see how it goes but it's working now. Those tiny 1.3m screws are a pain!
