One thing I like is that by having this train from Delhi to Srinagar, govt of India is essentially providing J&K will the premium facilities showing that its integrated in India. Many people are upset how BJP lost in J&K election but BJP never intended to win there, they sent weak candidates without any proper background and after winning election, Omar Abdullah has also changed his tone, he has realized that even though he has become CM, he is almost powerless, after all its a union territory and army will handle any potential rebellion. Next election will be of united Kashmir! And BJP will in that one!

There was no need to provide separate washrooms for loco-pilots in VB. They can always use any washroom if they want in VB or any such trains worldwide, as they are well connected through vestibules and one can walk from one end to another, without deboarding the train, unlike in the case of locomotives.
