I still find it incredibly interesting about like Basque being isolated from all the others. I believe the same is true for Albanian which is also in Europe but not in a family, and Greek too. What's crazy about South Africa's languages too is that there are probably hundreds of native ones spoken (but I could be wrong), just that 11 of them are official status. It's cool stuff really to dissect

As far as I know, there is no slovene version of the show. The "slovene" version on your video is actually a second Serbian dub. There are two Serbian dubs, one that aired on Ultra TV and another on TV Happy, both of which are Serbian-owned channels. The Ultra TV version is different from the Croatian version while TV Happy directly uses the Croatian lyrics but with a different singer. I also know this because I found episodes of both versions and the voices are different when comparing the two

@@AsapToastyysDubs The difference is 1 line. Like besides the intonation being actually the first version of it. And the difference in lyrics is: V1: Затова недей се изненадва ти, ако при среща в извънземно пред очите ти се въплъти. V2: Затова недей се изненадва ти, ако в извънземно пред теб се въплъти. I sometimes confuse ''за това'' (for this) with ''затова'' (because/that's why) because it's like the Portuguese ''porque/por que'' which has many variants, depending of the context which makes it so confusing even for natives. 😂 No wonder why sometimes Bulgarian and Portuguese are so similar. Sadly this voice-over dub is mostly lost and it's quite hard to find all the episodes. I mean I barely even found S.1 of this. And also S.4 (most of the dubbed version is lost too sadly). Btw do you plan to update this one?

I find it funny too how they have the variants of the same word like in Portuguese, and people have commented that this language feels like Portuguese in that sense 😂 It's unfortunate that this other voice-over is mostly lost though, but I'm amazed you got all the information on these and their lyrics too! Really good work haha. And yeah I do plan on updating this video (possibly some point soon, like in coming months) as there'd be these versions to include as well as other things, right? I think it'd be a good idea to update this video

Btw I think it's time to update this one as well. There are few new versions which are missing: Bulgarian (voice-over) - 2 versions (which I already said) Serbian has another version that has the same lyrics as Croatian except only 3 words are different. The Slovene version is actually the second Serbian version. There is no Slovenian dub of this. And the new versions are Malayalam (Team Kochi) and Kannada. However the Malayalam Surya TV is lost. There is also Lithuanian voice-over version.

I think that's a good idea as well to update this video too, and alongside the PJ Masks theme song update which I'm also working on currently as well. I'm glad you listed all of the new dubs and other versions too, some of these I didn't know about like the other Serbian version with similar Croatian lyrics, I'd want to check these out haha and also yeah I'd have to make the correction about the Slovene mistake also, that's important to note. I'm glad to see there's Malayalam and Kannada, Lithuanian voice-over even as well and this will be helpful to know for the updated version

It is also funny how in the voice-over is used a word that you find much common in Russian than Bulgarian - инопланетянин which is the equivalent of извънземен (alien) or literally translated as "извън" - outside "земен" - terrestial/earthy. The plural form is инопланетяни - извънземни. Simple.

Interesting stuff! I also found it weird how they changed that one word in Russian 😂 I was so confused because I didn't even know that was a word in Bulgarian. Like why didn't they just use the simpler Bulgarian word lol

@@AsapToastyysDubs They kinda did but they decided to mix that up. Like they used "извънземна/извънземно" for alien related adjective and alien as how we usually call it. I don't have issues if they use "инопланетяни" as word because we barely use it here - that will improve our culture better when we use bit "unusual" words. As I said many times in the past even if we share the same words in Russian I can tell you easily which is Bulgarian and which is Russian but foreigners can't 😂 - it all the same! Also I asked 1 Russian what does "ино" and "планетянин" means and he said "ино" is different from the word "иной" - "планетянин" is bit obvious because I could even tell it means like a "person from a planet" I knew what "планетянин" meant but not "ино" and now I know. So "инопланетянин" literally translated means "a different person from a planet" while our "извънземен" - "outside terrestial" We have another synonym for "alien" which is nearly identical in both languages. "пришелец" (Russian) and "пришълец" (Bulgarian). Sometimes In remember in Ultimate Alien - Alien X wasn't "Извъземно Хикс" translated but they changed it to "Пришълец Хикс" which is pretty much the same thing just a synonym but it is kinda weird when you see different words were used in our dubs for the same thing. 😂 But what do you think of the voice-over translated one? It is super funny isn't it? 🤣 Also the funniest part is I know who is the translator of this voice-over dub. It is Vilma Kartalska a.k.a. the voice of Bloom in the Nick version, Raven from Teen Titans Go, Marceline, Fiona and BMO from Adventure time and many more. And she also was the voice of young Gwen as well and wondering what are these translations, Vilma? 😂But in the dubbed version Vilma & Miltsa (the singer of the dubbed one) also translated the series fun fact.

@@HeroManNick132 I do think too that using "unusual" words borrowed from like Russian and other languages in general is great for the culture and everything, as Bulgarians can begin to use those in general usage along with their own words and the language itself ofc. I find it so funny too that they got her from the Nick dub of Winx for this show 😂 It's really funny to me especially since like I couldn't imagine the English VA for this series, for example dubbing this series as the main character. It has to be funny for people who watch this dub since they like recognize her from the other shows she was in lol

Slovene here is not Slovene because it sounds absolutely the same to the Croatian version, only the voices are different. These are very different languages and they cannot sound the same. Therefore these are just two different Croatian versions because "the universe" is "svemir" in Croatian and it can be heard in the song; in Slovene "the universe" is "vesolje"

@@AsapToastyysDubs Serbian and Croatian are, over against, almost the same language, they only differ in some words (Croatian has had a lot of language purism as opposed to Serbian) and syntax things, however they always have different dubs and sometimes there is even a separate Bosnian dub. :þ I am not able to tell these three apart, to be honest. I think there could be a dubbed "Ben 10" Slovene opening which aired on "Kanal A"
