Rath is my favorite alien. The episode involving him is my favorite in the Alien Force series. His way of walking and talking and his brute force reminds me of Drax from Marvel

Me too. Ben as Rath has a whole different personality. It's the most unique personality out of all the alien transformations. Second is Waybig, just how ben transforms is so cool. Also Ben is literally huge. What other alien transformation makes Ben that big.

The favorite alien would be Gutrot who is an alien basically a walking chemical lab who can generate basically any type of chemical gases and is very versatile in my opinion.

First off... while his character did fluctuate a bit, Omniverse is EASILY the best in my opinion, on pretty much every front (yes, including art style; Derrick J Wyatt's work is an acquired taste but he knew wtf he was doing). It really cemented Ben as a relatable person who's been through enough to justify how cocky he can get while also building up a strong sense of justice fitting of a hero. Most would know this if they stuck with the series long enough to experience it for themselves. I say this as someone who's been a fan literally since day 1 of the franchise. THAT SAID... my favorite alien is from the original 10. Upgrade is forever my GOAT. Always. They cooked when they made him. Ben whole arsenal is great, but Upgrade is simply peak. Finally... Ren, watch more Ben 10. *flames u*

Look, I love the old series. I really do. But Alien Force and Ultimate Alien were the ones that were airing when I first got into Ben 10. I caught the tail-end of the original series. I just never got to experience it the way other people did.

I may be wrong but alien force was cool because it was like a darker side and more mature/emotional than younger Ben, alien force and ultimate alien were where Ben started talking stuff more seriously especially when they got back to young Ben and younger Ben said he has a lot of pressure because he’s a young kid and if he messes up people get hurt or could die ❤ also my favorite alien is big chill/ultimate big chill with his catch phrase so hot it’s cold 🥶: ps BEWARE THE BOX GHOOOST

I like it when you see ben turn into way big he means business. I also like diamond head, blitzwolfer, molestache is a funny alien to add, ghostfreak is so cool, wildmutt is just dog. I don't know my favorite alien in ben 10. Thay just all so cool a unique. I love then all. Sorry I didn't give a good answer.
