That woman is Noelle who was their nanny when sera was a baby (so around 2009) but left the position when Jen had to get 2 new nannys to replace her one being Christine O bens f-buddy. She has been a close family friend since then. She was there to see Sam play basketball recently. They had one of their other old nannys there at sera's music recital a month or so ago.

People need to pay attention to timelines. This project and documentary were filmed well over a year ago. Ben Affleck took his solo vacation with kids in July and did the weird meet ups in Italy abd in the car with the exwife during the summer also.
