After reading 'mahiwaga' au, i realized that i made a right decision to not rush things such as 'relationship'. All of us need to find a man like sunghoon. I’m here because of Mahiwaga AU. It’s sad how the AU is not yet finished but the author give us a plain ending(which is not the actual ending). I do understand her side why she stopped from writing. It is just...Mahiwaga AU will hunt me forever. I saw that tweet na kung sino daw una bibitaw, and Sunghoon will let go of Ssob. I don’t think Park will let go because he fell out of love with Ssob, but maybe he’ll choose to let go because he doesn’t want Ssob to get physically and mentally hurt by his(ssob) father. We all know how selfless Park is. I’d love to have the continuation ng Mahiwaga AU.❣️

That night, sinet-up ng friends ko ang babaeng matagal ko nang nililigawan for almost 2 years na rin. Nag-ready kami for 5 months so I could just propose and asked her to be my girlfriend. Gusto ko lang i-share. I’ve been dating this guy for months and I asked him on November 21, to be my boyfriend. The moment he said yes was THE BEST moment I’ve ever had, and up until I can remember it clearly. He was a UST Alumni, so he invited me to my first Paskuhan. Originally December 20 yung date nung concert pero namove sa 21x which is coincidental, kasi 1st monthsary namin yun. I dont know about you guys, pero naging favorite band ko ang ben&ben dahil don. Gago, sobrang naappreciate ko, kasi all my life I’ve never been to a concert, cause you know im a province boy. Tapos harry potter pa yung theme, eh potterhead ako. Anyway, then Ben&Ben started playing, and grabe! Sobrang magical nung gabing yun. Maayos tugtugan and super lupit nila. ‘Araw-araw’ was my most favorite out of their setlist. Just being in that moment, listening to that song, just me and him. I felt complete. I felt like no one can stop what we had. I felt like everything was just right. I kept uttering those words to him, ‘Pipiliin ka sa araw-araw’ and he just hugs me back and tells me how much he loves me. Fast forward. My internship ended, and i had to go back to my province. Everything was going well, until May 2020. Typical ldr shit, nagkalabuan, and all those months ended up with our relationship broken. I never stopped loving him. And up until now, siya parin ang pipillin ko araw-araw. October 2021, I gave my shot in asking him for a second chance. And yun nga, yung pinakainiiwasan kong marinig mula sakanya. He told me na meron ng bago. Like it finally sinked in na never na niya akong pipiliin sa araw araw, and that thought kills me. Bottomline, what was once my heart’s theme song, my joy & happiness, is now the one who’s giving me sadness, and guilt, regrets, and pain. Hearing araw-araw just reminds me of the beautiful life we had as a couple. And ngayon, iniiwasan kong pakinggan tong kantang to, kasi hanggang ngayon di parin ako makamove-on. "Umaga na sa ating duyan..." Tonight was nothing else but perfect. The campus surrounded by the nightlights and flashing lights that were like stars held by thousands of people really gave the atmosphere of a cold breeze winter - or Christmas I should say, it doesn't really snow here. Paskuhan 2019 is really just magical, the moment the music stopped and as the performers on the stage paused their breath, it just got colder. It was cold but at the same time, I felt warm. "...oh, mahiwaga" It felt like angels were whispering in my ear amidst the loud crowd, it was peaceful. I think this is what everyone has been waiting for, the main event. As I join the crowd swaying my phone with its flashlight on, I closed my eyes, ignoring the bright ornaments and the dancing stars around me. It was still cold, but you know the feeling that I felt inside? It was again really warm, as if someone was holding my hand as well as my heart. Although this time, someone really was holding my hand, he was beside me, he had always been beside me. Maybe that's why I felt strange, the reason I've been getting chills, not because of the cold night but because of him. Because I hear his voice speaking through the song instead of the ones performing right in front of us, even though he wasn't even letting out one word. "Are you okay?" I asked but he just seemed lost, he was just...staring at me. "Mahiwaga, pipiliin ka sa araw-araw." finally, he spoke but I'm now the one who's speechless. Out of the thousands of people around me right now, he's the one I'm with. Out of all the people in the world, he chose me. "Well, are you okay?" he asked with a fake laugh but I can clearly see he was a bit worried. I just smiled. I didn't know tears were already falling down my cheeks, crying about how lucky I am to find such one of a kind person. "Mahiwaga, patuloy rin kitang pipiliin sa araw-araw."

Ever since I was 8, dream school ko na 'to. Why? Lumaki ako sa probinsya and I was fed that whoever goes to this school is successful which is totoo naman. Hanggang ngayon, I still want to go here. It's a long journey pa dahil 13 palang naman ako, pero pagsisikapan kong makapasok:)

I remembered when I went to the paskuhan with my boy bestfriend that I have liked for many years, he was the kindest,happiest and purest person I have met. When we were listening to mahiwaga by ben&ben he suddenly started tearing up and he told me that he was going to leave Philippines and move to canada with his family and he confessed to me and said that he liked me for years but he didn't have the gut to tell me because he thought that if he confessed he was going to lose me, I also started tearing up because he was the only person who was with me through my ups and downs. He also told me that if he was going back to the Philippines I will be the first person that he will see.Fast forward to this day me and him are still bestfriends, but he already has a girlfriend...he found his mahiwaga, and I really thought I was his mahiwaga the one he will choose everyday but I was wrong
