Nice, but the kitchen to me is like 1970s with a modern island in it. Personally, I just don’t care for it, but, it’s not my home. So, as long as the owner likes it, that’s what matters!

Not a fan of the kitchen; particularly the flooring. Clashed and dated the brand new kitchen. Usually, I love everything they do, but the kitchen really wrecked the reveal...

I thought the same, plus I wasn’t sure that Shaker oak cabinets would be what he’d want. I’m all about contemporary interior design and they were too traditional for my taste, lovely as they were.

I don't mind the flooring but maybe if the cabinets were white or black it would've worked better. Like, that bar area was pretty cool.

It’s a lovely home, although it was an odd choice keep the kitchen floor. The sculpture out front is too small for the space, but a return of the trellis would frame it nicely.

I wouldn't keep that tile countertop for all the money in the world, or that animal print wallpaper. I only like animal prints on the animal they belong to. I'm not a fan of waterfall islands either. I like islands, but the waterfall seems like it's over the top and you missed a chance to use the ends of the Island for additional purposes (ie: hooks, shelving for cookbooks, etc.). I also don't like the large veining in the countertop and backsplash, and I especially don't like it with those floor tiles. I don't think it goes with those cabinets either. I usually like Erin's design choices on the whole, but it seems like she didn't put her best effort into this one. Although the owner did...so that's really all that matters I do like the bathroom, especially the sink.

The old tile floors were not my thing but I'm guessing money played a part. I would have skipped the outdoor entertainment for wood floors. I'm not black and white lover but the bathroom and fireplace wall was nice.

He's getting a whole lot more house for his money in Mississippi than in Seattle! I lived there half my life, finally moved back to semi-rural Oregon in 2016. I still go back once or twice a year to see 3 of my sons and my close friends. If you live in the city, you're going to pay at least $500,000 & that'll be a basic house. If you want something nice, it'll be closer to $1,000,000 - especially in a nice neighborhood. Even older 1-bedroom apartments in sketchy neighborhoods often go for $1200/month. It's a real shame what has happened to what was once a lovely, working class city with low rents and inexpensive homes. I blame 50 years of liberal politics for its demise. 💔🥺

I hate modern design for the most part but this was the 1st time I've seen a modern designed house that I would like to live in. They did a fantastic job I wish a had fu money so I could fly them out to Australia to do my dream home 🤣😂

The exterior is too one color. Cedar post and cedar accents would make such a big difference! I like green, but not only green! Shrek House! 😂

The kitchen is HIDEOUS! Who puts in large scale veining slabs with traditional shaker cabinets and traditional mexican tiles? I normally NEVER watch Been & Erin because their aesthetic is not mine but I got suckered in by the 'sexy house' title....won't make that mistake again. Sorry these guys have zero clue about designing a modern home, they should stick to what they know country/traditional.

The kitchen is not mine..nonono...to many ridges on the floor and than the vening on the countertop... it all just doesen t fit well together and makes the kitchen look nervous not calm...other than that, the rest looks fine. the artwork outside is to sharp-edged
