This was unreal! It used to be so easy to dislike players who don't play for the club you support but man it's impossible not to like this current crop of England lads. What a great personality. Crazy to realise some of these guys are just normal people with normal backgrounds who just happen to get paid a lot of money. All the best James.

Madders absolutely can start at the Euros. Rice and Bellingham are locks in midfield, but that other No8 position is up for grabs. Probably the only position on the pitch (along with LW) where someone can break into the team ahead of the tournament.

I like Bosses who don't seek a personal relationship with players. My past experience from Bosses who go around laughing, joking, socialising etc is that favourites inevitably emerge and resentment comes from others. You can have a great relationship with everyone, show great care and kindness, but always have a pure professional relationship. I actually think most people want that. I mean, when is the last time anyone asked their dentist around for a drink!
