i hear raw materials being piled onto an assembly line, then built into a car, that's where the bass and drum kicks in. after the car is done being assembled, it pulls out of the assembly line, and drives off, hence the wind noises, also signifying loneliness. It is later joined by other vehicles/cars, which all speed up until they all reach a crescendo, which the main car skids out of control and the scene cuts out immediately before impact.

Personally, I'm listening to this track for the first time and after reading the title of the track , just listening to the music I imagined is not something that I saw in the clip. It seemed to me that the kind of decline of the remaining decaying machines, and perhaps robots , that the like last a sign of already artificial life on Earth, far after humanity and animal world.
