There’s a void in this life with Heath’s absence that cannot be filled. What I would give to hug him and just have that presence back. I keep trying to figure out why his passing has hurt me so much but I don’t think I’ll ever have a complete answer for that. Heath, the memory of you is carried in so many people’s hearts it’s incredible. I truly hope in the deepest way that you are with us all in some way or another….wherever that may be. No one expected it. He was so young and looked healthy and happy, and had a long promising career ahead with limitless possibilities. He was amazing. At the point in time I don’t think people had been that shocked over a celebrity death since River Phoenix died.

He could've become a great director, im sure of it. He was a very talented person, in infinite ways, he had a very artistic soul. He was also working on a big project when hes gone, too soon. It was not his time, he still had a lot to give. RIP Heath.

Ben Harper , this song is awesome and Heath Ledger completed it as an artistic masterpiece. I'm shocked how a music video can look when someone really wants to make something beautiful without naked ladies. I'm sure he would have been a great director. Let's enjoy his work as a multi-talented person, I think that's what we would want us to do (and what people said in the documentary), not to be sad that he's not living anymore, his legacy is eternal.

When I was a teenager, a girl came from Germany to Brazil. We didn't know at the time that we would fell deeply in love with eachother. That's was our song... I used to tell her that that we were living was like a dream, that soon she would wake in her bed and I alone in mine as well. I had the most beautiful year of my life, I bet that was the same for her. So, the time has come and she had to go back to her country. That was so painful to be apart, still is... It still hurt my heart, I still want to cry, I still love her... I love her so much that what I sincerely want her happiness, even if I'm not there, as it is for the last 13 years.
