This performance actually reminds of a phase in Cher's career with the consistent quick vibrato, the timbre and purity of his voice, and of course the choice of outfit and material. Yes its a compliment. How many times did Cher reinvent her image and sound in a half century? She absolutely refused to remain in any pigeon hole because part of her current fan base might not appreciate artistic growth -most of them did of course
