Ben the "Leg Slapper" Platt has a artist mindset. The Instrument is the whole body is so true. The fact he adopted that, shows how willing he is to push himself as a singer. His tone gives parts of folk style, pop, musical theatre and falsetto soul. Riffs are CLEAR and PRECISE when he does them also! ⭐👏🏾🔥

As someone who has studied classical voice, musical theater and has been in performing arts programs since I was a child…. This sutured a wound in my heart Terrell. THANK YOU! Thank you for holding space for artists in these genres. I got bullied for it a lot in my youth, but musical theater literally keeps me sane and when Ben sang “Being Alive” I wept. That song speaks to the exact storm in my life that I am currently pushing through. 🙏🏾 Thank you
