Suicide is not an easy topic to talk about. We perceive mental health problems as being weak, when they in fact should be addressed as often as physical health problems. I was lucky enough to attend the Ben Raemers suicide prevention course and I am very glad I did so. If you ever have the chance to attend one of the classes, I would highly recommend it.
