Nothing unpretentious about them anymore. When I was a kid, it was the time to make the donuts guy, a counter w/ a waitress serving coffee and tables w people drinking the coffee and eating their donuts, that was it. Now they have mocha ms and lates and frapacinos and every other “chino”, a bunch of breakfast sausage sandwiches and crepes and pates, and they seem to have forgotten about the DONUTS in the name-I went there one day and they were out of donuts by 10 am-MAKE MORE. Okay, I’m off my soap box now, sorry

I think i would be able to pick ben out now with the accident (he actually sounds worn out trying it), it would be easier to confuse local guys as being ben from memory of him. Because of I made the same assumption about Adam Sandler though I actually talked with him not once, but twice on seperate occasions BEFORE I realized it was actually him. It reminded me alot about this, it was funny when he was just like "eh, I'm here filmin' a movie" 😂

What’s funny about this is that the Dunken employee (Matthew Maher) is actually a really stellar actor that appeared in Air (directed by Ben Afleck) and gave a wonderful performance there… and here plays an anon employee opposite super star Ben. Just funny to see, especially because Matthew Maher is a really great actor.

For those that can’t hear what they’re saying…hope this sums it up… Ben: “I’m here for the Dunkin Run Campaign commercial,” “it’s a great deal, a large coffee and donut for a buck. I mean it’s pretty cool so I thought it’d be like authentic and meta, yes I’m doing the commercial... but am I doing the commercial? You know, I don’t do commercials I’m a real actor. This is an art form for me.” The employees were confused and trying to think of who he is when the female says "I do know you…The Departed.” Ben: “the departed”…? The employees then ask…"Are you in The Departed?" Ben then shakes his head and says “I’m Matt Damon.” The male employee then says. “No yeah…I love him," "I love him," "I love him.” Ben mean while is like… "mmmm Nah, I mean some of his work”…he groans in disgruntled disappointment… The male employee then says…"He's had a really consistent career I think…yeah yeah yeah”.. Meanwhile Ben is about to have a stroke listening to the conversation…he walks out with what I assume is a donut in the bag and coffee in the cup. The End
