I cannot believe this isn't the biggest show on TV and these videos don't get millions of views. Episode 9 was the best episode of television I've seen in years. YEARS. Amazing acting, excellent writing, perfect directing and editing... Just outstanding. APPLE, PROMOTE YOUR DAMN SHOW! It's the best show you've ever made.

The finale was one of the best finales I have ever seen. It’s the pinnacle of how a finale should be. You get an excellently paced season to be capped off by an anxiety ridden finale that is non stop. That provides just enough to pay off and a helluva ending to get you hyped for season 2.

@@austin12923 I agree with every word, it was that good. I'm so used to good TV shows just farting out a disappointment of a finale so to watch an exemplary one was just so refreshing and exciting. The sky's the absolute limit for this one, and even though I think literally everyone involved is pulling off a career-best performance/job on it, if they can raise their game even a little bit in the next season, it'll be unreal. ​@@austin12923 And yeah, totally agree with you about the way the back half of the season ramps up everything slowly into this anxiety ridden, perfectly paced, perfectly edited finale that *actually delivers some answers* while still leaving enough questions and a cliffhanger ending to keep you salivating about next season. Just... I mean, a lot of writers, directors etc could learn a heck of a lot from watching Severance.

The cinematography and set design is absolutely incredible on Severance. Awesome awesome show so far and I can't wait for more episodes. Also if you guys havent seen it, I HIGHLY reccomend The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Totally agree man! I had no idea he was so good, but a lot of credit has to go to the editor, too. Well, actually, I can't fault a single person involved in the whole damn thing; from set design to editing to acting to directing to lighting to writing... it's all just SO good. It really scratches that itch that I don't really know where it is or what scratches it but I really like it being scratched. That sounds weird as hell. I can't really explain it any other way though lol.

I’ve never felt more emotionally attached to a season finale of the first season since season one of LOST. I mean it gave you a lot of answers and no cop out ones and it left a very satisfying cliffhanger. AppleTV+ shows are so underrated, IMHO it’s actually the best streaming service with quality shows and highest quality streaming that is also the cheapest in cost. Can’t wait for season 2.

It was kind of the same with Squid Game where I was looking all over YT for ppl to talk about it with and there was nothing, but that only lasted a few days. The fact Severance got through a whole season and nobody's talking about it just shows what a horrible job Apple do promoting their shows. Everyone involved with the show is doing the best work of their career and they must be so disappointed :(

Season 1 of "Severance" is on par with Season 1 of "WestWorld". It's a long episodic "Black Mirror" and it's so freaking good. It's creepy, awkward, claustrophobic, thrilling, disturbing, funny, mysterious and important. Amazing.

Yeah I think this is a good description. I would also recommend a show called "Devs" by Alex Garland. Similar feel. I really hope Severance keeps going at the same level and doesn't burn out like Westworld did after season 1.
