@@saadoa4969 Rugby and NFL have completely different approaches therefore different requirements. NFL plays struggle to get past 30 secs Rugby plays can go for minutes. I dont think any NFL player would have any puff beyond 10 minutes in a match. NFLis only 60 min in 4 quarters. Rugby is 40 min per half. This fatty is more than fit enuf. Plus im a Springbok supporter so neutral.

I would say that Rugby is more athletic on average than NFL, Jason says that NFL is like a car crash, simply because their rules allows for that stuff, in Rugby you need to make a tackle you can’t just run and slam your shoulder straight through a dudes head, you need to tackle them to ground for it to be legal in Rugby
