I think Jake left because he got but hurt about being the stunt guy. Ig he said he felt left out for the business point of view but dam like you can’t be good at everything. He didn’t take pride in being the stunt guy. IMO I think that’s a bad ass role. Each one of the c boys kinda has there own like main role but they all seem to share and help out and I guess jake just kinda couldn’t understand it and took it personally. That’s what I’m thinking but to each there own he’s doing good now 🤷‍♂️

Really hope you guys see this comment and read the whole thing. I never got the chance to comment on your other episode where you did a deep dive into the business. Here are my thoughts. And this was sparked by hearing Ken needing to leave and go fold 400 shirts to ship out. I LOVE what you guys have created. I have been watching since your first ever upload years ago and it's honestly incredible what you guys have done with the channel and your brand. Here are my honest thoughts after going through an intensive business coaching program for our online business. You guys need to audit your business from a birds-eye view and start creating better systems and processes. You are still stuck in the weeds. That's proven by Ken still folding and packing merch. CJ was spot on saying something along the lines of if we had better systems and hired some more people we could just focus on creating content and the marketing side of the business. 1,000% could not agree more. Why are any of you even thinking about being on the ground level of fulfillment with the merch when you can pay someone $15-$20 hour to do it for you? Why are any of you still spending hours upon hours upon hours of editing videos when you can find someone to do that for you? All of you guys have a high hourly rate that's easily into the $250-$1,000 range. So anything under that that is eating up your time, energy, and mental capacity should be outsourced. Each of you should take a pillar of the business or co-own a pillar of the business. Marketing - Sales - Fulfillment - Operations Marketing - All of you making videos. Sales - Micha with graphic designs and e-commerce conversion, etc. Ryan seems like a numbers guy to so he could help here too and even focus just on sponsorships. Fulfillment - Ken! Lead and manage a team. Stop doing $20/hour tasks. Operations - CJ & Ben Each of you should OWN a pillar of the business and a manager. You create the systems and processes to outsource to others. So you can focus on creating new content, increasing revenue, and building an absolute machine. This will free up your time, give you more structure, and help you 2X your business in a short period of time. CJ...You are the true CEO of this group with an incredible vision, drive, and creativity to lead the ship. I can relate to you the most and you are an inspiration for having the vision you had years ago and actually making it happen. You guys are LIVING THE LIFE. But I know you are working like crazy behind the scenes and it's stressful and frustrating at times. You need help to get out of the weeds, build systems, and scale your business. I was working 50-60 hours a week when we first started our business. I have the down to 15-20 and we are making multiple six figures per year. Should join you guys in the seven figure club in the next two years. Continue crushing guys. I can't say enough good things about each and every one of you. Iv got no pitch. Just wanted to share my unbiased opinion based on your last podcast episode. I hope this helps and seriously feel free to reach out anytime. I am more than happy to chat and help you guys in any way possible!

I agree with all you said about College and trades. I'm pushing 30. I spent 5 years at a small university for my degree. Loved the experience. Loved learning about my degree, but I feel like I almost got set back in life from loan payments. I could've received a trade and most likely got the same wage. College is a long term gain but I don't want to wait till I'm 40, 50 or 60 to start having fun with my life. Trades are great. College isn't for everyone. That being said keep up the good work. Love the videos and podcasts. I look forward to these videos.

I agree, asking for a couple more vids a week would not only make the viewers stoked but in return put a pile more money in their pocket. They have so much more potential and hopefully they will produce. I know it takes a shit ton more work than what people think but again there are 5 of them.
