In this DIY, I will show you how to make a cute but glam 2 Tier Tray using Dollar Tree Candle Holders. I can be used to hold and display Jewelry, candy and can be used in your bathroom to hold cute soaps and other items. Then I show you how I took a drab find from Goodwill and turned it into a Fabulous display decor piece. Both DIY's are some easy and inexpensive to recreate.
