Hi Ben, Don't know if you'll see this, but I thought I'd take a shot! After seeing your vlogs from when you were at Coral Divers in Sodwana Bay, I looked into the program just out of curiosity and not being really serious about it, but it's a few weeks later and I am officially moving there! I just wanted to tell you about this because I've been in Uni for a bit now and have felt very bored, unhappy, and quite complacent, but I've been watching your vlogs for almost 2 years now, and they have always made me feel so inspired! I just wanted to really thank you for being so encouraging and such a happy and kind hearted person. Anyway, after you mentioned checking out Coral Divers, I looked into it, and I am officially moving to Sodwana Bay for one year! I'm leaving in two weeks, and I am beyond excited for the adventures ahead but also quite scared as I am moving all the way from Texas, and this will be the first time I'll be leaving the country. Your consistency with vlogging has made me want to start vlogging myself, so I am hoping to do so while I'm there! Although I know I'll be quite busy so who knows! Anyway, I just really wanted to thank you, Ben, for posting about Sod Bay and for encouraging us to check it out, and it's truly because of you that I am making this huge, life changing decision to move to a new country for a whole year! I've also been talking to Láura everyday, and she really is a sweet as she seems in your vlogs. She's been so helpful in helping me make this big decision as well. Thanks again, Ben, for being so great, and tell Nicole, Dan, and Jeremy I said hello and thanks to them too for being such great people. I hope you all come visit Coral Divers sometime this year! It got as low as -36 degrees celsius with wind chill here in Ottawa, ON, a few days ago. Right now we're at -20. In comparison, Banff is at -11 right now, and over the next two weeks will have highs of 0 to -7, and lows of -8 to -14, according to the weather network. So while it hopefully won't be completely frigid for your trip, be prepared to be shocked coming from that gorgeous looking weather you've been showing us in Cape Town. Safe travels :)

Yeaahh but that weather is perfect for snowboarding/skiing. You don't want it to be too cold, especially cause its colder at the top of the mountain. I try not to ski if if its colder than -15C. But yeah, Ottawa is killing me right now! Too cold! When my fam back in Calgary was enjoying a chinook earlier this week, i was sitting over here in -35. D:

Snow is decent, if your looking for great snow wait a week and go to marmot basin guarantee the snow will be better there or sunshine by Banff, but lake Louise might not have the best snow because its a lot lower altitude and not as much snow this year. hope this helps
