Great video, even better song! Meanwhile in Brazil: the state/federally owned universities are tuition-free and are usually the best institutions. The private universities are usually not as good in quality, but easier to get into. So with our system, the more privileged students usually pay no tuition at the university level and the lower-income people, who didn't have access to quality primary and secondary education, can only get accepted to universities that charge tuition fees. These folks face challenges similar to those described in the video.
