Bench Making / Wooden garden bench / Pallet bench making / DIY

All plans and dimensions are given in the video. I am making a useful, decorative and sturdy bench from an old wooden door and pallet boards. It can be used in different outdoor and indoor spaces, in the balcony and/or the garden. I cover the holes and deformed places in the pallet boards, with a putty made from a mixture of varnish and sawdust. We can also do this with a mixture of wood glue and sawdust. At the end of the build, I applied 120-180-240-320 grits of sandpaper. Then I applied a sealant varnish. After 24 hours, I sanded it all again with a 400 grit sandpaper. Then I applied two coats of yacht varnish, allowing it to dry between the intervals. You can build this also by watching my build. Thank you for watching. See you in other projects. Stay good.

Its really great to watch a real craftsman, like yourself, making wonderful objects of wood. This bench looks fantastic and it's made by recycling old stuff. I prefer things made this way, rather than things that is mass produced in a factory🙂👍

Maşallah Mehmet abi enerjin beni yordu. Mükemmel bir çalışma yaptın. Bank yapmak baya zor iş. Muhteşem oldu. Tek tek o tahtaları itina ile işledin. Bitiş noktalarına koymuş olduğun oval ekler çok hoş bir görüntü verdi. Bu arada başlangıçta kapı ile paletleri birleştirip güzel bir geri dönüşüm yaptın. Buna benzer bir bank koltuk vardı bizim evde sünger yastıkları vardı. Onu hatırlattın bana. Tekrar ellerine sağlık abi soluksuz izledim. Güle güle kullan.

Hallo mein lieber Freund Peter, Mit den Schraubenlöchern hast du recht. Ich dachte darüber nach, Holzstäbchen einzusetzen. Es gab eine gewisse Faulheit.
