Pure power...impressive. A few in the crew have a habit of lifting their head off the bench as the bar touches the chest. No benefit and I have seen red lights in the past for this, so I would recommend them driving the head back into the bench. Of course these dudes are MUCH stronger than me, so take it for what its worth. Thanks for the inspirational vids.

Smurfy Loc You can take a whole lot of stuff and still be small. There's a lot of factors that come into play when it comes to adding size. I've taken that stack before, my strength was good I hit 405 for max, but I was still under 200lbs at 5'9".
