Fruits? Like a pear, maybe? Something juicy. Watermelon maybe? I know an Asian pear that helped me with the 2x spicy noodles. I tried it by itself and the sweetness was very faint. I did the blue one 2 weeks ago- went 10 minutes with nothing to drink and then almost ended up in the hospital because what it did to my stomach. I had a reaction and broke out in hives, cold sweat and almost passed out because of the pain in my stomach. Chugged water and induced vomiting for 10 minutes and it went away. Never again.
