The most underrated measurement to me is how it stopped from 100-0 in less than 29 meters AFTER breaking from 400 km/h already, so the brakes and tires were already cooked by the time it slowed down to 100, and it still did 100-0 in less distance than pretty much any supercar, this is literally a 911 GT3 RS stopping distance with the Porsche on Cup 2 tires while weighing over 2 tons. Insane stopping capability, which is good to know considering how fast it is lol.

@@amigodesigns How can you tell? Edit: 0-100-0 in 3.99 strongly indicates it indeed can do a sub 2 second 0-100, no rollout fuckery. The load vector for launches and the more precise traction control of motors account for why acceleration is faster. --- This sounds like a huge leap... The current record holder is 2.1 with no VHT and street tires legal in Europe. I can imagine it with a strong headwind.

I have been following the journey of Rimac Nevera (C Two at that time) since 2019. And to be honest, I truly have enjoyed it. The amount of time, effort, and genuine commitment put in by everyone in Rimac Automobili is no short of remarkable. They must be proud of themselves because they have achieved, in my humble opinion, much more than what we might already know. Just to have your country on the map of recognition in the car industry (it never had a car industry before!) is by itself a historical achievement and, an inspiration for the current and future generations of Croatia. When I read the word "Smashes", I had mixed feelings (please bear with me). I wished they have had opted for "Sets" because the former word indicates breaking records faster or better; however, the latter word indicates (1) breaking the records and (2) becoming the new benchmark. This is just a humble opinion, and it does not - in any way - take the joy and the moment of the achievements made. The second thing that got my attention is the green stripes. Rimac never had stripes on any Nevera before (according to the videos I watched) and to see a Nevera with green stripes reminded me of 'Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+'. And that is 'no surprise' because Bugatti and Rimac are part of the same group - Bugatti Rimac (thank you Porsche for making this happen). The third thing that also got my attention is the colour 'green'. Blue colour (and a number of its variants) is becoming associated with Rimac. You can see it on their shirts, the launch car (the one tested by well-known journalists), and also the Nevera that broke the 400 kph speed limit. I believe the 'green' colour was chosen because the Nevera has 'zero' CO2 emissions; hence, it is green to the environment. Or maybe there is another reason that I could not think of. The last thing that drew my attention is the 1/4 mile record, which takes me back to one of the interviews that Mate Rimac had at the Nevera launch where he hinted of the possibility of increasing the car performance over-the-air updates). Everyone in Rimac, congratulations! And everyone in Bugatti, your electrification future (hyprid included too) is in safe hands.

0-300 in 9.23 is absurd. That’s faster than 99% of people will ever move on four wheels. I’ve been a shade over 280 on the Autobahn, and that is VERY fast. Took probably a minute of full acceleration in a slightly modified E92. I think most people don’t understand when you start talking about numbers above 250 or under 3s to 100 what that actually feels like. This machine is insane.

This is the only ev vehicle that I have any interest in! Also it's so damn beautiful! Insane records, can't even imagine how it feels going 0-400kmh back to 0 in less than 30 seconds. Mindblowing

So you finally, finally beat the Regera and the Pininfarina Battista, which were also electrically powered by Rimac! And this was way faster than your 400 kmph run so all power issues sorted! Congratulations on making two, nah three of the fastest cars on earth! Though I am sure the Regera on this surface in summer could do better than its record in Sweden.

Well the Battista is just a Rimac Nevera, it's technically identical apart from some suspension tuning.

@@derbigpr500 Way more than suspension tuning. Aero has been tuned. Different body. Different interior. Only the batteries, motors, and chassis is the same. Everything else is different.

Correct me if I’m wrong but the regera definitely wasn’t powered by Rimac it used waffle motors from Japan

@@derbigpr500 Battista is different. It only has a 1 speed gearbox instead of the Nevera’s 2 speed despite having the same electric motor. Not sure why they did that, but it is what it is.
