Bending tube

Bending has really advanced in recent years. As we can see here, the middle radius can coincide with the tube's diameter. The radius inside can even go to zero. Of course it's not easy to bend tight radii, because the tube outside can crack because of the strong stretching. Furthermore, wrinkles can be generated inside because of the strong pressure.
Thanks to self developed tooling installed onto modern bending machines, we could obtain high-quality results, both aesthetically and technically. Our customers can have revolutionary bends from serial processing.
Rectangular tubes can be bended as well, both flatways and edgeways.
Sometimes we receive singular requests. This is a tapered tube with bending in two ways. The bending machines on the market don't permit this result. Thanks to our experience and our special tooling, we could obtain that a curve goes into another curve in a tight area.
