I’m confused why it’s said they’ve focused a lot on dwarf zones recently and don’t want to introduce a new dwarf centric zone yet insert dwarves in zones where they’re not really supposed to be.

Which they haven't even with "some" Dwarves being involved with stuff. We aren't seeing Content which "only" shows off Dwarves. As for where Dwarves aren't supposed to be, we know of the 7 Clans of Dwarves, and they are expanding the "LOTRO-only" Lore to use that. One key element is the Silmarillion, which establishes certain things for the Dwarves, cannot be used for it's Lore for Tolkien's Middle-earth.

Today after the (Update) , I tried to login to lotro.... It said my password was incorrect but it was correct... this happened 3 times then it suddenly said I don't have a Subscription.... I have been subscribed for last two months..... Then I tried to reset password , It glitched again, then said "Password Reset Failed".... Now It's stating I have to many attempts and to wait 24hrs. No reason given for not accepting my password, nor a reason or email why I cannot login... Can I get some help with this please? PeaceBound

Update 40 screwed the majority for raiding. T1 is a waste of time. If lucky after spending a long time you might get a purple tracery. T2 and higher is for the few hard core raiders. After 17 years of raiding our kin now having troubles getting any who wants to do it.
