I remember Martin Freeman winning for John Watson. Andrew Scott winning for Moriarty but Benedict got 3 nominations and never a win for Sherlock. He performed so many incredible Sherlock scenes with passion but hey, at least his dream role - Patrick Melrose made him win. That's a win-win.

Normally in these types of videos you have so many comments about how the other nominees deserved the win more. But not for this video. That makes me so happy because after being nominated 8 times and never winning (3 times for Sherlock alone!) he really deserved this. He was utterly spellbinding in Patrick Melrose and he's one of the greatest actors alive (arguably the greatest actor of his generation).
