In a back and forth affair, Benedictine emerged victorious over Walsh Jesuit, 35-34 in double overtime.
Quarterback Ceejay Yarboro threw four touchdown passes for the Bengals, who beat the Warriors for the eighth straight time.
Jack Romanini gave Walsh the lead in the second extra period, but Ryan Demming's extra point was blocked, and the Warriors settled for only a 34-28 advantage. Moments later, Yarborough found Brandon Boyd in the end zone for Benedictine, and following a penalty, Christian Cora was able to knock the 25-yard PAT through for a one-point win.
