The most poetic movie I’ve seen. Even the regular dialog was poetry. Jack Lowden is superb. I loved it.

This movie gave me a good idea. Seeing life through his stories from past to present, the lovely "Siegfried Sassoon" If you think yes Do whatever makes you happy. But I want to leave someone behind As a result, it was extremely painful. Then sit back and regret it later, it's useless. (Jack Lowden is so handsome) 🤟"..

General release in the UK 20th of May I saw this film at the BFI flare festival it was beautiful so do look out for it.

I enjoyed the film, but I do not understand why the part of Sebastian Moore, the priest who received Sassoon into the Roman Catholic faith, was played by a black actor, when Moore was white.
