Dear Brother! as you know these days earning money is very difficult. So I'll suggest you that join a lawyer who is currently doing a TAX field in the evening time. Just spare your 2 hours daily have sitting with him and when you realize the Tax law men apka interest ban raha he or ap ko nazar ajaye k ap pesa b kama sakty ho then leave your job and catch you passion. But some time jo nazar aa raha hota he wo asal men nai hota. So it is better to sped 6 months with a TAx lawyer, have a good idea of Tax Field and then leave job. Otherwise you should not leave bank job. Baki You know yourself better.

I don't think LLB is necessary for tax law but a BBA degree because it teaches everything from Accounting to Corporate and Tax Law to Finance and Bankruptcy.

If you need to be called a tax lawyer then you neec to have LLB.

@@Legalversity i don't think so. It's a plus point but not necessary because in business degrees you already learn corporate law, tax law and bankruptcy law. I'm not sure if people become Tax lawyer with just BBA but I have seen people becoming Corporate Lawyer with BBA without doing LLB. Even according to some sources you need BBA degree to become a Corporate Lawyer alone LLB is not enough. Even if LLB is required for Tax Lawyer still having BBA background is a plus point because it gives you deep knowledge of accounting, banking, finance, economics and corporate law.

Yes Sir. If you have a valid license of Advocacy then you have to join a chamber near your home where people came to know about the tax lawyer or bring cases about filing tax returns etc. There is not special procedure. If you have any further question then you can ask.

Dear Brother good to know that you are interested in Tax Law. See to become a good lawyer you should know the law first. If you know the law then you can become a good lawyer whether its a criminal lawyer or Tax lawyer. So, being a native citizen of small area you should focus only on Tax Law its books, its new amendments in FBR and so on. And when you got the license, join any senior lawyer near you who is practicing Tax Law. In this way, you will become a good Tax Lawyer in no more than 1 year. As to become a Civil Judge only 2-year practice is required. So try to learn more about Tax culture in Pakistan. I hope this will help you a lot. And if you need any other help you can comment again.
