Dear, If a party is a supplier and customer as well, then how can we and our supplier can submit their returns respectively while claiming each other invoices? Both of them will have UNSUBMITTED RETURN STATUS, and both of their returns will go in draft since supplier has not submitted return against input. Need your suggestion.

He wants to sell a property, the value of which is in lacs, not millions. For this, he just wants to register with the FBR. Can you please guide me on the following 3 points? 1) Is 7E tax applicable or not, considering the property value is in lacs, not millions? 2) Is capital gains tax applicable, given that the purchase date is in 2019? 3) What rates are applicable in the case of an active or non-active taxpayer for the tax year 2024-25?
