My name is Amit Kumar. I am from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I was affected by polio in the age of one year. Now due to increasing age factor I had starting facing lots of problems in walking and pain in back.
I could not walk for long distance. I could walk only till 20 steps. Suddenly, one day I saw a video on KZbin of Dr. Suresh Bhola. In which I saw how we can get rid problems due to polio. After watching that KZbin video I felt happy and it created rays of hope in my mind. After that I came here at Bhola Hospital Kurukshetra on 2 January 2017. After consultation with Dr. Suresh Bhola, I was fully satisfied. I came back to Bhola Hospital on 11 January for operation and I got operated on 14 January by Dr. Suresh Bhola. It was a successful surgery.
After surgery I got lots of benefits. I am going to detail you one by one. My foot became numb while sitting or lying down.
I consulted many doctors but there was no solution. I thought it was due to increasing age. Very next day after surgery I was surprised to note that my foot was not numb.
I came here in winter season and my foot used to become cold from inner side. After surgery it was not cold. My foot has also increased in size. Now my standing stability is better and it has increased my confidence level. My posture has become straight .My toes were bent before treatment but now they are straight. Earlier nails were black but now they are pink. The skin of toe looked dead but now it looks normal.
Now there is no pain in my back. I daily walk about 300 steps with the help of walker. My heel never touched the ground but now after surgery it touches the ground.
Now my both feet take equally weight .After treatment I have no pain in my normal foot. After treatment my confidence level is also increased. Now I think I can live a life like a normal human being for that I came here. There are many types of benefits those we can only feel and cannot express.
With time I will get more benefits.
Before treatment my hip went outside now it is normal. My knee did not get lock and now it locks.
My hip and knee are stable now.
A new energy is transmitted inside me. The nature of staff is very good.
Dr. Suresh Bhola observes the patient progress 3 to 4 times in a day. Apart from that there is friendly environment in hospital. It seems like we are living in the family not in hospital.
The level of physiotherapy in Bhola hospital is great. They provide us therapy 3 to 4 times in a day.
That helps in fast recovery.
