Thank you for sharing, I have SI joints and very weak glutes and lower body. My physical therapist suggested to do more strength training and less cardio.

Hello Samira Verma, I think that is a great idea. I personally used to have some left knee pain and really strengthened the muscles around the knee. The pain isn't completely gone, but I really only feel any minor pain in certain movements. Sounds like you have a smart physical therapist. Btw, I have several workout videos posted on my channel that may be able to give you some guidance, if you need any. Take care.

Hey Sakil Ahmed, I would recommend that you do both resistance training and cardio exercises. Maybe alternate days, for example day 1 cardio, day 2 resistance training and so on.
