Running really helped my depression. Just being outside in the sunshine in nature was great and running releases those endorphins like you said. It’s great!

I took up running last time I decided to go clean. I was in the best shape of my life. That was like 3 years ago. I’m excited to do it this time as I feel a lot more aware of my own bodily functions and shiz. So far, it’s been almost better than anything else.
