I am taking Tamsolin Plus at night and Prostryl 5mg in morning for 6 years, slowly deteriorating UFM condition. I am 70+. I regularly see the Urologist. As a second opinion shall I continue these meds. Thanks for all your efforts for cause of humanity. Asif

Very fruitfull information but Dr SB inspire of taking maxflow D if prostate size is not decreasing below 50 GM but there is no UTI no rentention no any other complain of urination then what is ur expert openion that enlarge size is harmful or not ? Plz explain Thnx

جزاک اللہ watched your two videos on the subject, excellently expressed, mashaAllah, with good information. I have been using maxflow from last 1.5 months, urine flow is much improved, however, now experiencing urine retention even after smooth flow. For this i sit 5 to 6 minutes extra as it empties in interval. There is also urge to urinate after sometime for which (as per your advice) i am training my bladder to wait till i reach a gap of 2 to 3 hours of last urination. Though it's not easy, do you think that i shall be able to control this urge with such training and get back to normal life? Thanks,
