Great stuff - parkrunning at what it does best, getting fresh air and getting fit, staying fit, socialising, making friends. Only thing I would add - stay hydrated! In this weather running can be very tiring so take a water bottle round with you and take some sips as you go. Oh, and well done Meg!

One thing about park run everyone built different and it not about competitive or being seriously about time it all about taken part and park run about meeting new friends and chat with people while you are running and they push you on at the finish race as well . Everyone is so nice and friendly at park run that why I love park run .
