Ben, Ive been living in Colorado since i was 8 years old. Definitely go with Broomfield the location is amazing (Safer) there and it's closed to Boulder (Mountain view) and Denver (City look) you get both worlds being in the middle. Also, Downtown Denver its to crowded. People love it but not to work around there the traffic is horrible and pretty much anywhere around the area you have to pay for parking. This would turn down for your employees mostly on days that it snows. Winter and being in driving to Denver is a big no. Broomfield is the location I recommend. By the way I would love to work for you haha

Austin, Texas hands down. Almost won Amazon’s HQ and there’s a reason why! Austin is such a great city, great community and sense of belonging, huge fitness culture and plenty of things to do outside 😍👏🏻 There are so many start ups, new musicians and new ideas brought to life in austin and would be such a great spot to be in economically. Honestly I’ve been sleeping on gymshark for a long time. I had other priorities and wasn’t able to buy before but with the black out I went for it & was not disappointed. Broomfield Colorado is by far your best choice for your Gymshark's US Headquarters. It is located midway between downtown Denver and Boulder on a plateau with awesome and inspirational vistas of the Rocky Mountains, on one side you can see clear to Denver and the other clear to Boulder. It has easy access to Denver International Airport, but what is even better is the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport which is heavily used by Flex Jets, Net Jets and all the major corporate jet owners with business in the area. Plus it is right at the front door of the Interlocken Business center which is headquarters for other great companies as Level 3 Communications, Ball Corporation, Vail Resorts, MWH Global, Webroot, Oracle America, WhiteWave Foods and Danone North America and is probably the most beautiful well planned Business Parks in the US. Their is plenty of affordable housing in the area you could draw people from the Denver and Boulder markets. The traffic and parking for employees would not be nearly as stressful as it would be to navigate the deluge of aggressive drivers in snow and ice, expensive parking and hours wasted commuting to Denver. Broomfield has also been rated as one of the best places to live in Colorado and I very much agree. This is so cool to see! I've lived in Broomfield, Downtown Denver and the Tech Center so I know a lot about each area. My boyfriend actually works in one of the buildings you toured in DTC! I feel like the Gymshark brand and esthetic is better suited for Downtown Denver area. Broomfield and DTC are more suburban/family areas (each definitely have their pros) and attracting a work force to Downtown would be easier. Please let me know if you have any questions about these areas from someone who lives here and loves Gymshark! So exciting to see this growth!

Hi Ben, I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. It is a gorgeous city filled with excellent views. If I had to choose between downtown Denver and DTC (Denver Tech Center), I would choose DTC. It is only a 30-minute drive from downtown Denver and is much safer than downtown. I will admit, there will be a good amount of traffic because it is near one of the major highways (I-25). It would be amazing for Gymshark to move to Colorado. If you are looking for any athletes in the area, I'd love to be a candidate. I currently live in Colorado Springs, but if the opportunity arises, I will drop everything to be a part of the Gymshark family.
