Rightly said. And we had done that. We had told them to make the packet ready an hour ahead and even given them a reminder call. They had given us the assurance that they can handle our total order which which was about 104 in very total easily. However the reality check was different. Only one person served us while they kept the other counter open for others customers hence they couldn’t serve us on time. We stayed there for about 3 hours. I filmed the chaos but was asked not to do it. Hence politely complied.
