Yes you are Correct, Amur/Siberian Tigers are the Largest of all the cats, the Bengal Tiger is the Second Largest Cat and Tiger Species.

These two populations are basically the same size, and perhaps due to better protection of their prey base in recent years, the Bengal population have seen records of larger individuals reliably measured by scientists. The largest wild tiger individual scientifically measured is a Bengal tiger, though the difference between the two, both in terms of average and extreme, is marginal. Another important thing to note is that, while traditionally treated as separate subspecies, they are now recognized as a single subspecies, the mainland tiger, as they split from each other fairly recently in evolutionary terms

Yes, however Bengal Tiger numbers are flourishing and it is increasingly seen there are lot of Bengal Tigers which are pushing 250 kg mark which is close to Siberian Tiger on average.

The data used include weights of tigers that were older than 35 months and measured in the presence of authors. Their comparison with historical data indicates that up to the first half of the 20th century both male and female Siberian tigers were on average heavier than post-1970 ones. The average historical wild male Siberian tiger weighed 215.3 kg (475 lb) and the female 137.5 kg (303 lb); the contemporary wild male Siberian tiger weighs 176.4 kg (389 lb) on average with an asymptotic limit being 222.3 kg (490 lb); a wild female weighs 117.9 kg (260 lb) on average. Average wild male Bengal tiger weighs 221.2 kg (488 lb) and wild females 139 kg (307 lb). Historical Siberian tigers and Bengal tigers were the largest ones, whereas contemporary Siberian tigers are on average lighter than Bengal tigers." In fact, the largest amur tigers caught by scientists in recent years was only 212 kilograms (WCS Russia), which is less than an average male bengal tiger. Biggest male bengal tigers caught in chitwan weighed an excess of 270 kilograms (Dinerstein, 2003).
