In that case you can skip a maang tika! However, If u want, you can wear a small one... You can also wear a chandrika in the form of a brooch centered on that topi (it's usually Paisley shaped turned to the left : refer to what Radha Rani from Iskcon Mandirs wear) You can also recreate that with a paisley patch that would match the embroidery of your lehenga in case you can't find the jewellery! Another option is, if you are getting that topi custom made, you can attach a cut-dana or pearl latkan wala lace on the hem, it will give a dainty mathapatti look! Another option is attaching a broad payal on the hem of that topi for a more be-jewelled look! There's lot that you can do! Just be creative... For neck pieces, obviously go for layer-ing... Buy several small pieces rather that 1 big chunky piece! You can wear them again and again post wedding! So, it would be more worth it! BUT make sure all the jewellery look cohesive together! Thus said, shaadi se phle, try the whole look with outfit and jewellery, you can then make changes accordingly! The wedding is your big day, trust yourself and your instincts! Don't let rishtedaars influence your choices! 😅 Congrats for the wedding btw 😇 Have a great one!
