Brinjal 100 gm
Raw Banana 100 gm
Temper Panch Phoron 1 Tsp & Bay Leaf
Make A Smooth Paste of Mustard, Poppy Seeds With Ginger & Chilli
Salt & Sugar As Per Taste
Cook Until Oil Separates
Add Boiled Vegetables
Cook Them For 5 Minutes
Add 1 Cup Milk & Veg Stock
Add Fried Veggies
Cook On Low Flame, Until Everything Combine Well
Add Powder Of Dry Roasted - Fennel & Radhuni (Wild Celery)
Ghee (Optional)
Serve Hot With Rice & Enjoy
