Folks, teams are not run like this in this day and age UNLESS the only goal is putting a team on the field. The results (wins vs. losses) indicate failure. An organization that is happy fans will show just to see Burrow and Chase with their TV and other revenue is what you have.

The data was in: McPherson is absolute ass from beyond 40 this year. The offense needed to have a mentality of getting it down to the 20 at the very least or scoring a TD. Good coaches adjust their plan accordingly, but Taylor is absolutely horrific situationally. Guy better buy some new golf clubs because he will be hitting the course soon after they fire his ass.

Keep McPherson. He's gifted. Mental lapse is all. Hubbard should be in dt because all he does is hug tackles. No pressure at all. Defense and line cOach needs to go. Keep Taylor. Need better scouting and quit taking often injured players.
